Job DescriptionArchitectural Designer NResponsibilities: Nn Work with design team members to assemble details, shop drawings and submittal packages for wall cladding systems N Work with the project team on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production N Proficient use of computer-based drawing software: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM N Ability to perform drafting, layout work and straightforward calculations relative to design/construction drawings N Prepare shop drawings from supplied architectural plans and sketches N Communicate with the design team, sales team, architects, designers to gather proper technical data for each project. N Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload N Perform component-basedmaterial takeoffs from prepared shop drawings NnSkills and Experience:



Nn Experience and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software is required N In-depth familiarity with the architectural design process N Exposure to drafting associated with wall cladding systems and/or building envelope products is preferred N Ability to read and interpret construction documents from architectural drawings, structural drawings, and related construction specifications. N Robust organization skills with self-driven personality N Problem solving abilityand desire N Interpersonal verbal and written skills N Proficient in MS Officeprograms, with an emphasis on Excel and Word N
