nBabli is a growing D2C women's fashion brand focused on comfortable everyday wear made primarily from cotton, handloom cotton, and yarn-dyed fabrics.
nWe are looking for a Fashion Designer who can contribute to trend research, fabric selection, sampling, garment development, fit corrections, embroidery development, print development, and collection creation for women's western and fusion wear.
nKey Responsibilities

- Trend research and collection developmentn
- Fabric selection and sourcingn
- Sampling, fitting, and garment developmentn
- Print, embroidery, and surface developmentn
- Coordination with masters, artisans, karigars, and vendorsn




- Technical sketches, tech packs, and specification sheetsn
- Product styling, photoshoots, and collection launchesn
- Working closely with production teams to ensure commercial viabilityn
