- The role will manage the end-to-end execution of different strategic and operational projects for Deluxen
- The role will manage the governance of projects with key stakeholdersn
- The role will create the project plan with milestones, will identify and flag key risks and unblock the bottlenecksn




- The role requires experience in working in a cross functional setting and driving global projectsn

n Outcomes and Accomplishments
nAs a Program manager, you will:
n
- n
- The role will plan, program-manage, and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large scale projects, within Bangalore and across different geographiesn
- The projects can span across different domains like Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Facilities etc.n
- Ensure adherence to the project plan and its timelinesn
- Liaise with business lines and functions (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to meet different project deliverablesn
- Track project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reportsn
- Drive the project governance meetings with internal and global stakeholdersn
- Other duties as identified and assigned.n
