nAuri Aesthetics is a premium Semi-Permanent Makeup (PMU) studio specializing in Microblading, Combination Brows, Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Lip Neutralization. We are committed to providing exceptional client experiences through high-quality treatments and personalized care.
nWe are looking for a Front Desk Executive & Sales Coordinator who enjoys interacting with clients, has excellent communication skills, and is confident in handling enquiries and appointments.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional experience.n
- Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.n
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and aftercare.n
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-up.n
- Manage appointments and maintain the daily schedule.n
- Coordinate with the PMU artist to ensure smooth client flow.n




- Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain client records.n
- Capture treatment photos and videos for social media and marketing (with client consent).n
- Maintain studio cleanliness, presentation, and client hospitality.n
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.n

nQualifications

- n
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi is an advantage.n
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.n
- Comfortable communicating with prospective clients and following up on enquiries.n
- Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.n
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.n
