Business Title: Sr. Finance Executive (PACE) Location: Pan India Role Purpose:The PACE Anchor is responsible for independently auditing and assessing factory and warehouse operations with a robust focus on supply chain, engineering, and quality functions. The role ensures adherence to defined standard operating procedures (SOPs), strengthens governance, and drives consistency in ways of working across locations.________________________________________Key Responsibilities1. Operational Audits & Assessments- Conduct periodic audits of factory operations, primarily across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality domains.- Independently review processes and practices to ensure compliance with established SOPs and organizational standards.- Provide an unbiased and objective assessment of operational effectiveness.2. Data Analysis & Reporting- Extract and analyze reports from internal systems.- Validate operational performance against defined SOPs and benchmarks.- Score factories and warehouses based on compliance and performance metrics.- Highlight gaps, risks, and areas of improvement through structured reporting.3. Site Visits & Coverage- Conduct regular on-ground audits across:o ~5 internal manufacturing facilitieso ~10 external warehouses/godowns- Ensure at least one visit per factory per quarter.- Maintain strong coverage to ensure continuous oversight and governance.4.



Independent Assurance Role- Act as an independent reviewer separate from factory teams, enhancing transparency and credibility of assessments.- Provide leadership with confidence on the accuracy, compliance, and robustness of factory operations.- Strengthen internal controls through unbiased verification.5.
