Position - Business Analyst

Skills - Requirement Analysis, Business Process Design, Good written and verbal communication

Experience - 2 to 4 Years (Preferably from an IT company with exposure to banking projects)

Bond

Minimum 1-year service commitment after joining as a full time employee on the company payroll.

Working Days

· Monday to Saturday – Work From Office

· Saturday Schedule: 2 Saturdays Working / 2 Saturdays Off

Job Profile

Business Analyst having minimum 1-4 years of experience in Banking application.

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Elicit business requirements

2. Prepare FSD / Approach document.

3. Prepare prototype / wireframe / process flows

4. Finalize scope of the application

5. Provide KT to development / testing team

6.



Help project manager for efforts estimation

7. Functional review / User acceptance testing

8. Product demo

9. Customer Interaction and functional design

10. Banking Domain knowledge is mandatory.

11. Remittance knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

12. Should have a Knowledge of BRD and FRD

Experience:

2–4 years of total relevant experience, preferably with an IT company with Banking Domain

Education & Certification

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or Finance

CBAP™ certification will be an added advantage
