We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a staffing, consulting, RPO, or technology services company.
- Proven recruitment experience across Southeast Asia, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.
- Experience hiring for technical positions across software development, cloud, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, ERP, QA, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian talent markets, including salary trends, notice periods, candidate availability, and employment practices.




- Familiarity with regional work-authorisation and visa requirements, particularly for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job portals, ATS platforms, internal databases, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and accurately assess candidates for skills, experience, communication, compensation, and work eligibility.
- Solid stakeholder and candidate-management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements, meet submission timelines, and achieve recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
