Role- Technical Recruiter

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Qualification: IT/CS Background

Facilities: Cab & Meal Facility Available

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in recruiting IT professionals for Canada and/or US markets. Candidates with Implementation Client experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Canada/US IT Recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA, and other IT skill sets.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets in a quick-paced environment.
- Implementation client experience is highly preferred.
- Freshers with an IT/Computer Science background may also be considered.
