Responsibilities

- Leverage your existing client book and professional network to drive business growth.
- Manage and grow the organization's existing client portfolio while ensuring exceptional client servicing.
- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients and build long-term relationships through referrals, networking, and corporate associations.
- Advise clients on diverse Financial Products such as Mutual Funds, Capital Markets, Insurance, Loans, Tax Planning, and Estate Planning, etc.




- Generate leads and drive them to closure by working closely with the Operations and Sales Support teams.
- Achieve revenue, AUM, and client acquisition targets.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, or Relationship Management.
- Certification in CFP and NISM XXV-B or X-A and X-B is an added advantage.
- Robust network of existing HNI clients and corporate relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of Mutual Funds, Capital Markets, and Financial Planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on business development and client relationship management.
- Willingness to dwell in a start-up culture.
- Must own a personal laptop.
