Job Description: Senior DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to help us scale secure, reliable delivery and infrastructure across a hybrid setting (on-prem + cloud, Azure-first).

If you're strong in GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, and DevSecOps, we'd like to talk.

What you'll do

- Build and optimize self-hosted GitLab CI/CD pipelines for hybrid deployments.
- Create reusable CI/CD templates for build, test, package, and release workflows.
- Operate and improve container platforms, including migration from Docker-based environments to Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration automation with Ansible.
- Strengthen DevSecOps controls in pipelines (SAST/DAST, dependency and license scanning, secrets handling).
- Manage container image lifecycle and security (Harbor/Trivy preferred).
- Improve observability, alerting, and reliability across infrastructure and applications (Elastic, Zabbix, Prometheus/Grafana).
- Partner with Engineering, QA, Security, and IT Ops to reduce incidents and improve deployment confidence.




- Support cost-aware operations across Azure/AWS/GCP (FinOps mindset).

Must-have skills

- 6-8 years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on GitLab CI/CD experience (self-hosted preferred).
- Hands-on experience creating and managing Docker containers.
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience (AKS preferred, EKS/GKE welcome).
- Solid production experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong Linux, networking, and container fundamentals.
- Experience embedding security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).

- HAProxy / Traefik
- VMware exposure
- ISO 27001-aligned security practices
- FinOps / cloud cost optimization experience
