- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder
- Work on VMS/MSP client requirements
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews.
- Social Media hiring
- Ensure quality submissions and meet hiring targets

Required Skills:

- Experience in US Non IT Staffing recruitment
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools & job portals
- Valuable communication & sourcing skills
- Ability to work in night shift
