Role Objective

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand Hybec Air's presence across Mumbai and surrounding markets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate recent sales leads through market visits, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.

Promote and sell Hybec Air's premium range of fans.

Build relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, builders, and end customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Conduct client meetings,



site visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.

Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate to close sales.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Experience in premium home products, electricals, fans, interiors, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Comfortable with field sales and travelling within Mumbai.

Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
