About The Role

We are looking for a Project Sales Head to drive project-based sales and manage key accounts across the interior and architectural films segment. The role involves building strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, corporates, and other project stakeholders while developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new project accounts and generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, corporates, and key decision-makers.
- Manage existing key accounts and ensure long-term business relationships.
- Drive product approvals and project specifications with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and convert new project opportunities.




- Negotiate and close sales while achieving business targets.
- Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and account tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in project sales / architectural products / building materials / interior solutions.
- Strong network and established relationships with architects and designers.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
- Robust negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Self-driven with a strong business-development mindset.
- Own vehicle/transport preferred due to regular client and project visits.
