Role Description The Telemarketer role at Bhumesh Realtors is an on-site position based in Nagpur. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors, introduce available residential and investment plots, and explain key project features and benefits. This role involves qualifying leads, scheduling site visits and appointments, maintaining call records,



and following up with prospects to support conversions. The Telemarketer will coordinate with the sales team, provide basic customer support over the phone, and share feedback from prospects to improve outreach strategies.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage prospects clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle queries, provide accurate information, and maintain a positive client experience.
