CRM Executive – Post-Sales (Real Estate)

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to own the post-booking customer journey for our residential projects in Warje — from documentation through to loan disbursement. You'll be the customer's single point of contact after sale, and the internal owner of every compliance and follow-up thread (TDS, KYC, bank disbursement) until the file is fully closed.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on loan disbursement status with banks/NBFCs, chasing pending documentation and flagging delays early
- Own the TDS compliance cycle: track amounts and due dates against Form 26QB timelines, send reminders, confirm deposit and acknowledgment
- Draft and send TDS-related emails to customers at each stage (reminder, overdue, confirmation)
- Follow up with customers on pending KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, photo, bank statements)
- Maintain a ready file per customer (agreement,



disbursement docs) and call to collect outstanding items
- Call customers to confirm and record whether they're taking a bank loan or self-funding
- Handle customer queries related to bank disbursement, coordinating with the bank and internal accounts team
- Keep the CRM/tracker updated in real time

What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in real estate CRM, post-sales, or a bank/NBFC loan liaison role preferred
- Working knowledge of home loan disbursement and TDS on property (Form 26QB) is a plus
- Comfortable with regular outbound calling to customers and banks
- Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple customer files
- Clear written communication for customer emails
- Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Based in or willing to be based at Warje, Pune
