About the Role

The Enterprise Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing strategic projects across corporate functions. Based in Mumbai, this role involves driving project lifecycle management, facilitating cross-functional implementation, and providing updates to senior management. The role also includes business management responsibilities such as analytics, planning, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Drive Project Life Cycle Management – from initiation through to closure and guide junior team members.
- Track milestones and project plans.
- Facilitate smooth and timely implementation of tasks across functions.
- Facilitate resolution for any bottlenecks and issues that are escalated in a timely manner.
- Provide Project / Programme status to senior management of the Bank.
- Guide Project Team members on Project Management Framework and usage of Enterprise Project Management Tool.
- Undertake research and analytics as required, including industry and player-level analysis, and assess applicability for the company.




- Support the company's and business unit's planning and budgeting process.
- Analyze variances (quantum, root cause), recommend course of action.
- Provide company-wide and business unit updates and develop presentations for a variety of stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities

- Nurture and groom the team.
- Manpower planning and adherence to budgets.
- Effective coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance.

What We Are Looking For

Education

- Relevant educational qualifications suitable for a senior programme management role.

Experience

- Extensive experience in 4 years programme management, business analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Skills and Attributes

- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
