Identify different international customers who are exploring to do

imports from India (OEM or Spare parts suppliers or Merchant

Exporters)

- Frequent travel to potential market and interact with customers and

buyers to build presence market, also help

local business representatives to set up business infrastructure for

smooth business processing.

- Tie Up and build relationship with different countries business

consulate and explore new business opportunities

- Focus on such OEM customer who have manufacturing or business

set up in India also, which help to optimize the business share and

existing infrastructure

Explore International After Market of Indian OEM and create

business opportunities to add more revenue

- To do business promotional activities through e-mails, visits,



phone

calls, broachers, exhibitions, websites etc

- Build infrastructure to create awareness of products

in the market through attending different conferences/ exhibitions

and simultaneously build relations with recent customers for better

awareness of products

- Followup with SCM team of OEM for new order RFQ and place quote

for new order after doing competitive costing as per the business

norms

- To submit the quotation to the customer after approval of Head

Marketing/ Top Management and ensure to get RFQ from customer

for new business

- Build and execute an effective supply chain management model to

sustain tenacity of aggressive business growth requirement of

existing and prospective customers globally

- Ensure adherence to country specific legislation
- Adherence of Export Procedures and maintaining Complete

documentation of Exports

- Overseeing the customer complaints and the product-related

concerns and ensuring the timely resolution of the same by

coordinating with the relevant teams

- Work closely with Finance & Accounts team on creditors and assure

after sales all collections have been made as per credit policy

through strong follow up and reviews
