We are looking for a Growth Intern – Founder's Office who will work closely with the founders and leadership team on market outreach, partnerships, business development, and growth initiatives.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, conducting outreach, and understanding the legal technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder's Office and Growth team to drive outreach and adoption of Lawxy.
- Identify and build relationships with:
- Law colleges and universities
- Law students and student communities
- Lawyers and law firms
- Legal professionals and industry bodies
- Corporate legal teams and enterprises
- LegalTech communities and relevant professional networks
- Conduct structured outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Connect with law colleges to explore campus partnerships, workshops, demos, student programs, and LegalTech initiatives.
- Engage with lawyers and legal professionals to understand their workflows, challenges, and interest in LegalTech solutions.
- Identify companies and corporate legal teams that could benefit from an AI-powered LegalTech platform.
- Schedule and coordinate product demos, meetings, webinars, workshops, and partnership discussions.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects, conversations, partnerships, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target segments, and potential partnerships.
- Gather feedback from lawyers, students, colleges,



and corporate users and share insights with the product and leadership teams.
- Assist the Founder's Office with special growth projects, strategic research, and market expansion initiatives.
- Track outreach metrics and prepare regular updates on conversations, leads, partnerships, and conversions.
- Represent Lawxy professionally while interacting with external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking to lawyers, professors, college administrators, students, and corporate professionals.
- Strong confidence in making calls and initiating conversations with people you have never interacted with before.
- Strong interest in LegalTech, AI, startups, and business growth.
- Good research and networking abilities.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Good to Have
- Prior internship or experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community building, marketing, or outreach.
- Background in law or legal education.
- Existing exposure to law colleges, legal communities, law firms, or corporate legal teams.
- Experience using LinkedIn for qualified outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or other lead-management tools.
- Previous experience working with a startup or in a Founder's Office role.
