Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack AI/ML Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI/ML and Agentic AI applications on AWS. This role requires complete ownership across the application stack, including React-based user experiences, Python backend services, agent orchestration, enterprise data integration, databases, cloud infrastructure, deployment, and production support. The ideal candidate has successfully delivered enterprise applications in which web interfaces interact with APIs, LLMs, AI agents, enterprise data sources, and transactional or analytical databases. The engineer will bring strong Python and modern frontend development capabilities, deep AWS expertise, practical database engineering experience, and demonstrable hands-on exposure to Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and agentic frameworks such as Strands Agents and/or LangChain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end AI applications covering frontend, backend, agent orchestration, databases, AWS infrastructure, and deployment.

Build responsive AI experiences using React and TypeScript, including conversational copilots, dashboards, citations, feedback, and approval workflows.

Integrate applications with AI backends using REST APIs, WebSockets, or SSE for token streaming and real-time status updates.

Build single-agent and multi-agent workflows using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents and/or LangChain.

Implement RAG, enterprise grounding, tool use, memory, structured outputs, human approvals, and AI evaluation.





Develop typed and testable Python services using FastAPI and production patterns such as async I/O, caching, retries, rate limiting, and idempotency.

Design relational data models and securely integrate applications with Amazon RDS and/or Aurora.

Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and support applications in production.

Mandatory Skills Required

Strong full-stack engineering experience delivering enterprise-grade applications in production.

Advanced Python development experience with frameworks such as FastAPI.

Strong React and TypeScript development skills.

Hands-on experience building AI-enabled web applications, conversational interfaces, analytics experiences, or operational dashboards.

Deep practical experience with AWS application architecture, deployment, integration, and production operations.

Demonstrable hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

Experience with Strands Agents and/or LangChain.

Experience integrating Amazon Bedrock foundation models into enterprise applications.

Practical understanding of Agentic AI patterns, including: Single-agent and multi-agent orchestration, Tool use and routing, Planning and task decomposition, Structured outputs, Memory and session state and Human-in-the-loop approvals

Deterministic workflow controls

Hands-on experience implementing RAG and enterprise grounding solutions.

Experience with retrieval strategies, chunking, metadata filtering, citations, relevance controls, and AI evaluation.

Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

Experience with real-time or asynchronous communication patterns such as WebSockets, SSE, background processing, or event-driven interfaces.

Robust understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, validation, versioning, error handling, and backward compatibility.

Practical relational database engineering experience, including schemas, tables, indexes, constraints, views, and data modeling.

Experience connecting applications securely to Amazon RDS and/or Amazon Aurora.

Experience applying production backend patterns such as async I/O, connection pooling, caching, retries,



rate limiting, concurrency control, idempotency, and structured error handling.

Experience with AI quality and operational controls, including prompt management, evaluation, hallucination checks, grounding validation, regression testing, feedback capture, and observability.

Strong debugging, performance analysis, root-cause analysis, code review, testing, and production support capabilities.

Ability to translate architecture documents, HLD/LLD, API specifications, UX designs, and workflow requirements into production-ready software.
