Job Summary: The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks in the co-operative society, ensuring smooth functioning of branch processes, handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.

The role requires knowledge of financial operations, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Locations - Belgaum , Delhi , Kolhapur , Mapusa , Margao , Pune , Ratnagiri , Sangli , Sawantwadi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-Day Operations - Handle cash receipts, payments, and cheque clearances. Support account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and loan disbursement processes. Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of data in the core banking or society software.

2. Customer Service - Address member inquiries regarding transactions, account balances, and product details. Assist customers in filling out forms and understanding society services. Escalate unresolved customer issues to higher authorities.

Documentation & Record Keeping - Maintain and file all documents related to daily transactions, member records, and compliance. Verify KYC documents and ensure they are updated and accurate. Assist in preparing reports for audits and internal reviews.

4. Compliance & Internal Controls - Ensure all operations follow the guidelines of the Co-operative Societies Act and internal policies. Support audit teams with required documentation and information. Report discrepancies, errors, or potential risks to the Branch/Operations Manager.

5. System Support - Operate society banking software efficiently Generate and reconcile daily transaction reports and MIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce, Banking, Finance, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in banking/co-operative society operations. Positive understanding of basic banking/financial procedures. Familiarity with society software or core banking systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash and maintain confidentiality.
