Role Description The Videographer role at WeNitro is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, framing and composing shots, and capturing high-quality audio and visuals. The role also involves collaborating with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, suggest visual concepts, and ensure brand consistency across all video output. The Videographer may support basic editing, file management,



and equipment maintenance as part of regular workflow.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and coordinating video projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Camera Operation and handling Camera equipment confidently in various shooting environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Shooting Video, with an understanding of composition, shot selection, and storytelling through visuals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting, including setting up and adjusting lighting to achieve desired mood and image quality.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with video editing software, sound recording basics, and post-production workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage time effectively, follow safety procedures, and collaborate within a diverse team environment.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous videography work is strongly preferred.
