Location: Hyderabad (4 Days Work From Office Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, and have experience leading end-to-end implementations in an Architect capacity.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation/development experience
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM




- Extensive experience with Discovery Module (Mandatory)
- Experience leading 2-3 end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM implementations from scratch
- Solid understanding of CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and platform architecture
- Ability to design scalable and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and solutioning skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong architecture and solution design background
- Hands-on approach with ServiceNow ITOM suite
- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow transformations
