n We are looking for a confident, responsible and patient-focused Patient Coordinator who can become the face of our clinic and take ownership of the complete patient coordination process.
Your Role n You will be responsible for ensuring that every patient enquiry is handled professionally—from the first phone call/WhatsApp message to appointment booking, follow-up and conversion.
Key Responsibilities n Patient Handling

- Welcome and coordinate patients professionallyn
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiriesn
- Understand patient requirements and coordinate consultationsn




- Maintain patient records and appointment schedulesn
- Ensure a smooth patient experiencen

n Lead Management

- n
- Respond promptly to Google, Meta, Instagram and WhatsApp leadsn
- Follow up with prospective patientsn
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up recordsn
- Convert enquiries into consultationsn
- Follow up with patients who have not booked/attended appointmentsn

n Appointment Management
n
- n
- Schedule and confirm appointmentsn
- Coordinate doctor availabilityn
- Confirm appointments one day priorn
- Handle cancellations and reschedulingn
- Maintain the next-day appointment schedulen

n Clinic Coordination
n
- n
- Coordinate with doctors and therapistsn
- Handle payments and basic billingn
- Maintain daily reportsn
- Ensure reception/front desk is organizedn
- Complete proper handover at the end of the dayn
