HY India Pune Full time R8249 **Job Title** Pricing Analyst I **Job Category** Finance **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** + Maintain pricing data tables, master files, and cost quote systems. + Conduct competitor pricing analysis and market intelligence research. + Develop and maintain analytical tools, reports, and pricing databases. + Support NOVO system file maintenance and pricing infrastructure. + Analyze supplier and competitor quotations and identify pricing trends. + Evaluate special pricing requests and recommend appropriate discounts. + Review customer deals, contracts, and pricing exceptions for profitability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing strategies and business objectives. + Perform ad hoc pricing analysis and special projects as required. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Pricing, or related discipline. + 2-5 years of experience in Pricing, Finance, Commercial Analytics, or related roles. + Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or material handling industries preferred. + Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI preferred. + Working knowledge of CRM/CPQ systems is an advantage.
