Be able to grow as a subject matter expert (SME) of the assigned area. + Scope ambiguous problems, research possible solutions/technologies, and recommend solutions considering short-term and long-term needs. + Lead and set technical direction and priorities projects with a small team of engineers (3-4). Perform design and implementation of high-complexity features.
