Senior Manager - Manufacturing Engineering Location : Sri City, Tada, Andhra Pradesh (Near Chennai) **_Your Experience Should Be..._** BE / B. Tech (Mech.) with 10 to 12 years of experience in Cryogenic / Pressure Vessels / Oil & Gas / Boilers industry or any capital goods manufacturing & fabrication industry. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Should have good experience in operational excellence & continuous improvement processes Should have good people management skills **_What Will You Do?_** + Support Production department to achieve the target + Provide support to optimize, standardize and deploy lean principles and practices. + Determine best practices and provide support in developing and deploying kaizen. + Develop and implement an annual operations excellence plan for process control, cost out opportunities and overall execution. + Plan & improve operational efficiency and support to production department to achieve the target. + Design the process for identifying functional training needs for Shift In-Charges / Supervisors & Engineers. + Implement Lean Manufacturing concept, Kanban system & Continue process improvement and provide training for the same. + Plan theproductionin order to execute the monthlyproductiontarget and Project Schedule. + Implement 5S,
