Qualification & Experience :
- B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc./M.P.Sc. or equivalent from a reputed institution; IIT/NIT background preferred.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in IIT-JEE/NEET coaching or CBSE senior secondary classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong command of the subject and JEE Main & Advanced syllabus.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans, study material, tests, and assignments.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide students for competitive examinations.
