About the Role nWe are looking for a Senior Product Design Engineer who sits at the intersection of product design, user experience, frontend engineering, and AI .
nThis is not a traditional UX/UI role where designs are handed over to engineering.
nWe are looking for someone who can understand a product problem, design the experience, prototype the solution, build the frontend, and ship it .
nYou should be equally comfortable opening Figma and React , using AI coding tools to move faster, and working with founders and engineers to take an idea from a rough concept to a working product.
nAt 5–7 years of experience, we expect you to bring solid product judgment, design maturity, technical depth, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup.

What You’ll Own1. Product Experience & UX n

- Own end-to-end user experience across mobile and web products.n




- Convert ambiguous product ideas into clear user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and working experiences.n
- Identify friction across onboarding, discovery, engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization journeys.n
- Use user behavior, analytics, research, and experimentation to improve product experiences.n
- Understand the difference between a visually attractive interface and a product experience that actually performs.n
- Work directly with founders and product teams on zero-to-one product thinking.n
