n Fund Accounting
n
- n
- Maintain books and records for Private Equity funds and related entitiesn
- Process capital calls, distributions, and investor allocationsn
- Prepare monthly/quarterly NAV packages and financial statementsn
- Perform bank and portfolio reconciliationsn
- Track investment activity (funding, exits, valuations)n
- Calculate management fees, carried interest, and expense allocationsn
- Support audits and investor reportingn

n Investran Support
n
- n
- Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Investrann
- Perform data uploads, validations, and reconciliations within the systemn
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/vendorsn
- Support system upgrades, testing (UAT), and enhancementsn




- Maintain chart of accounts, investor data, and fund structures in the systemn
- Generate and customize reports from Investrann

nRequired Skills:
n
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldn
- 2–4 years of experience in Private Equity / Alternative Investment fund accountingn
- Strong hands-on experience with Investran (core requirement)n
- Valuable understanding of fund structures (GP/LP), capital activity, and waterfallsn
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)n
- Strong Excel skillsn
