Role Description The Performance Marketing Team Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive measurable results for clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode involves leading a team of performance marketers, setting campaign objectives, managing budgets, and monitoring key performance metrics. The role includes collaborating closely with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to develop data-driven strategies, A/B tests, and conversion optimization initiatives. The Team Lead will be responsible for reporting campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members, establishing best practices, and contributing to new business pitches and internal process improvements.

- Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide, mentor,



and motivate a high-performing performance marketing team.
- Solid Communication abilities, including clear stakeholder communication, presentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, particularly in performance-driven environments focused on ROI, lead generation, and conversion growth.
- Solid understanding of digital performance marketing channels, campaign optimization, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and A/B testing.
- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets, interpreting data, and making strategic recommendations based on performance insights.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing leadership role is highly beneficial.
