We are hiring 3 Growth and Lead Generation Interns to work directly with me at Fitastic Digital Media.

This is not a typical internship where you wait for someone to assign tasks.

Your mission is simple:

Find companies that need outstanding video content and help us start the right conversations.

FDM is an embedded video team for software, healthcare and finance companies. We help businesses produce explainers, product videos, expert content, social videos and ongoing video campaigns.

You will have the freedom to find opportunities through:

• LinkedIn

• Cold email

• Communities

• Partnerships

• Referrals

• Events

• Freelance platforms

• Creative methods we have not considered yet

I will personally teach you how we identify prospects, research companies, write outreach, follow up, understand client problems and turn conversations into opportunities.

But I am looking for people who take ownership.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Can figure things out without waiting for detailed instructions

• Are comfortable starting conversations with strangers

• Write clearly and naturally





• Can research a company properly before contacting someone

• Treat targets as a challenge, not as pressure

• Learn quickly from feedback

• Stay consistent even when people do not reply

• Care about results, not just looking busy

This role includes a fixed stipend, uncapped performance incentives and commission on business you help FDM win.

There is no ceiling on what you can earn if you consistently create genuine opportunities.

This is not the right role if you want a certificate, a passive internship or a fixed list of daily tasks.
