AsaSeniorVDIOperationsEngineer, you will be responsible for supporting andmaintainingenterpriseVirtualDesktopInfrastructure(VDI)environmentsacrossCitrix,VMware,andOmnissaplatforms.Youwillworkcloselywithglobalteamstoensureservicestability,resolvecomplextechnicalissues,andcontributetocontinuousserviceimprovement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support,administer,andoptimiseCitrixandVMwareVDIenvironments.
- Monitor,troubleshoot,andresolveinfrastructureandservice-relatedincidents.
- ManageIncident,Request,Change,andProblemrecordsinlinewithITILprocesses.
- Supportsecuritycomplianceactivitiesandremediationinitiatives.
- Collaboratewithinfrastructure,security,networking,andoperationsteams.
- Contributetooperationaldocumentation,runbooks,andknowledge-sharinginitiatives.
- Participateinmajorincidentmanagementandservicecontinuityactivities

Job Requirements





- ExperiencewithCitrixVirtualApps&Desktops(CVAD),CitrixCloud,StoreFront,Studio,Director,andMCS.
- StrongknowledgeofVMwarevSphere,ESXi,vCenter,andOmnissaHorizon.
- ExperiencesupportingWindowsServerenvironments,ActiveDirectory,DNS,DHCP,andGroupPolicy.
- UnderstandingofITSMprocessesandITIL-basedservicedelivery.
- PowerShellscriptingskillsandaninterestinautomation.
- Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,andproblem-solvingabilities.
- Excellentcommunication,collaboration,anddocumentationskills.
- ProfessionalproficiencyinEnglish;Germanlanguageskillsareanadvantage.
