Our client is currently seeking skilled and experienced Landscape Designers to oversee the planning, design, and development of outdoor spaces for high-end residential and luxury projects.
The ideal candidate will be involved in translating design concepts into functional and visually appealing landscapes while coordinating with project teams and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. He will be responsible for developing landscape concepts, detailed designs, planting schemes, hardscape layouts, and technical documentation, while ensuring that all designs meet project requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape design.
Required Skills
- Proven experience within the Residential and Commercial Real Estate industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and cooperative abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in outdoor space design and management.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
