Role Overview An Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing partnerships with affiliates, publishers, and networks to drive traffic, leads, and sales for the business.

The role focuses on planning and executing affiliate strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI through effective relationship management and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals

 Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, and networks

 Build solid relationships with key affiliates to maximize performance

 Monitor affiliate campaigns and optimize for ROI, conversions, and traffic quality

 Negotiate commission structures, contracts, and partnership terms

 Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights

 Collaborate with internal teams (content, SEO, paid media, product) for campaign alignment





 Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate channels

Key Requirements

 Experience in Travel Industry.

 Proven experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing

 Experience with tracking tools, attribution models, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)

 Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

 Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

 Experience in performance/affiliate marketing environments

 Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
