Fayetteville Technical Community College is recruiting for a new member to join our Information Technology Services Team and now accepting applications for a full time IT Infrastructure Manager!

The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support of the College's network, telecommunications, and infrastructure systems across multiple campuses and facilities. This position provides both strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure services.

This role oversees day-to-day infrastructure operations, supervises network and infrastructure staff, and ensures service availability and responsiveness for students, faculty, and staff. The position is accountable for infrastructure performance, lifecycle planning, vendor coordination, security alignment, and the successful execution of infrastructure initiatives.

This position requires both leadership and hands-on technical involvement.

Work may involve responding to urgent service disruptions and critical infrastructure issues.

Some after-hours, on-call, and weekend work will be required to support maintenance windows and incident response.
