Role Description The Manager – Aviation Partnerships & Development is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with airlines, aviation organizations, and training bodies to enhance TNC Aviation's programs and placement opportunities. The manager will oversee partnership agreements, coordinate joint initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation ecosystem. Day-to-day activities include evaluating new collaboration opportunities, supporting program development aligned with partner needs, ensuring adherence to flight safety and training standards, and providing regular performance and impact reports to leadership. The role also involves close coordination with training, operations,



and marketing teams to ensure that partnerships effectively support TNC Aviation's growth and student success.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, assess partnership performance, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of aircraft and aviation operations, with familiarity in pilot training environments or aviation education preferred.
- Candidates should possess program management skills, including planning, executing, and monitoring partnership and development initiatives.
- Candidates should possess a clear understanding of flight safety principles and regulations, ensuring that all partnership activities align with safety standards.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build and sustain long-term industry relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in aviation or safety are an advantage.
- Prior experience in aviation partnerships, airline relations, or aviation business development is highly beneficial.
