Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Technical Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Technical Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support D365 F&O; solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with X++, D365 F&O; development, SQL, integrations, reporting, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications using X++.
- Design and implement technical solutions based on functional requirements and business processes.
- Develop customizations including tables, forms, classes, extensions, data entities, workflows, and batch jobs.
- Develop and maintain integrations between D365 F&O; and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, OData, and custom services.
- Work with Data Management Framework (DMF) for data migration, import/export, and integration processes.
- Develop and customize SSRS reports and electronic reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Work with SQL Server for database analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards where required.
- Integrate D365 F&O; with Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Follow Microsoft D365 development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, QA teams,



and other technical teams.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.
- Strong hands-on experience with X++.
- Experience with D365 F&O; extensions and customization.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Tables and table extensions
- Forms and form extensions
- Classes
- Data entities
- Workflows
- Batch processing
- Security and role-based access
- Experience with D365 F&O; integrations.
- Strong knowledge of OData, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Experience developing SSRS reports.
- Strong SQL Server skills.
- Experience with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of LCS (Lifecycle Services) and D365 F&O; deployment processes.
- Experience with source control, CI/CD, and release management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power BI and Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with Electronic Reporting (ER).
- Experience with dual-write and Dataverse.
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, or manufacturing modules.
- Experience with performance tuning and debugging in D365 F&O.;
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 migration/upgrades to D365 F&O;.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience supporting large enterprise D365 F&O; implementations.
