Analyst - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST / 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HRBP to support the IT Operations (Support & Service Desk) organization.
You will partner with business leaders and employees to drive workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and HR operational excellence; experience with Workday HCM is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary HR partner for IT Operations, providing strategic and operational HR support to leaders and employees.
- Manage employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace concerns while ensuring policy compliance.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Utilize Workday HCM for organizational changes, workforce reporting, HR analytics, and employee data management.
- Support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives through effective stakeholder management and communication.




- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, headcount, engagement, absenteeism) and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Required Skills:

- Master's degree in Human Resources with 10-12 years of HR experience, including significant HR Business Partnering experience; hands-on experience with Workday HCM is a must
- Experience supporting IT Operations, Technical Support, Service Desk, IT Services, Shared Services, or BPO environments preferred.
- Robust capabilities in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and business partnering skills, with experience in global organizations preferred.
