Job Description :

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented US Accounts Executive Freshers to join our finance and accounting team. The candidate will receive training and gain practical exposure to US accounting processes, bookkeeping, financial transactions, reconciliations, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day US accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Review financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Work with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting-related queries.
- Follow company accounting procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.




- Support the team during month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.
- Understanding of Debit, Credit, Journal Entries, Ledger, and Trial Balance.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of US accounting concepts is an advantage.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US time zones / night shifts if required.
- Strong willingness to learn.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Internship or academic project in Accounting/Finance.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
- Candidates with strong accounting fundamentals are preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work in US business hours/night shifts.
