- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Creative mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Basic understanding of design and content workflows; knowledge of tools like Canva or similar is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.
