Role Description: The Salesperson role at Shree Computers is a full-time, on-site position based in Hanumangarh & Sri Ganganagar. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their IT and hardware needs, present suitable solutions, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on inquiries to maintain a strong sales pipeline.



The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. The Salesperson is expected to represent Shree Computers professionally, uphold service standards, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Basic understanding of IT, web, and software solutions, with an interest in learning about new technologies and services.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on listening to client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and opportunities concurrently.
- Proficiency in using common office and CRM tools to track leads, prepare documentation, and maintain sales records.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in IT or services, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or IT is an advantage.
