Role: ServiceNow Developer

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.

Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

Hands-on experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules is preferred. Candidates with strong ServiceNow ITSM implementation and development experience will also be considered.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and platform administration.

Robust knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions.

Implement and enhance WSD modules, including Workplace Reservation Management, Visitor Management,



Space Management, and Workplace Case Management.

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release deployments.

Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery implementation experience.

Experience with IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Employee Center.

Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, or ITOM is a plus.
