Your role:

We are looking for a QC professional who will be responsible for auditing calls, identifying quality and process gaps, tracking performance through dashboards, and working with trainers to improve the team's sales conversations and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Call Auditing

- Audit recorded Lead Qualification (LQ) and Relationship Manager (RM) sales calls on a regular basis.
- Evaluate calls based on defined parameters such as communication, service knowledge, customer need understanding, pitch, objection handling, follow-up and closing.
- Identify gaps and share clear, actionable feedback.
- Track recurring mistakes and offer solutions across LQ and RMs teams.

2. Quality Tracking

- Track individual sales performance and call quality.
- Maintain audit scores and identify employees who need improvement.
- Highlight major quality concerns to the Sales/HR/Training team.

3. Dashboard Management





- Maintain the Call Audit & Quality Dashboard.
- Track audit scores, common gaps, improvement trends and RM-wise performance.
- Share regular reports and insights with management.

4. Trainer Support

- Work closely with the Sales Trainer based on audit findings.
- Identify training requirements and recurring knowledge/skill gaps.
- Assist the trainer with real call examples and inputs for training sessions.
- Conduct post-training audits to check improvement.

5. Suggestions & Process Improvement

- Suggest improvements in sales scripts, call flow, objection handling and customer communication.
- Identify patterns from calls and recommend practical solutions to improve conversion and customer experience.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Quality/Call Audit, Sales Quality, Sales Training or Sales Operations.
- Good understanding of sales calls and customer handling.
- Must be willing to work on weekends (1 weekday off)
- Strong listening and analytical skills.
- Positive Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard skills.
- Strong communication and feedback skills.
- Ability to identify gaps and provide practical suggestions.
