Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Insurance Agent at LIC. The Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, explaining policy features and benefits, assisting customers with applications, and supporting policy servicing and renewals.



The role also involves maintaining regular communication with clients, providing guidance on financial protection and savings plans, and ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with LIC's values.
Qualifications

- Robust knowledge and practical understanding of Insurance and Life Insurance concepts.
- Demonstrated ability in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage or advisory roles.
- Basic understanding of Finance and personal financial planning.
- Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and relationship management.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
- Comfort with using phone, email, and digital tools to connect with customers.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; higher education in business or finance is an advantage.
