Content & Copywriting Trainee

We are looking for a curious, creative and detail-oriented Content Trainee to join our team at Multia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, understands digital content, and is excited to learn how content works across websites, social media, branding, campaigns and AI-assisted workflows.

Role Overview

The Content Trainee will support the content team in writing, researching, proofreading, structuring and adapting content for different digital formats. The role will involve working closely with content strategists, designers and project teams on website content, social media content, brand communication, CMS uploads and content planning tasks.

This is a learning-first role for someone who wants to build strong fundamentals in content writing, digital communication, social media and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Support content writing for websites, social media, blogs, presentations and marketing collateral

• Assist in creating content for reels, carousels, captions and campaign posts

• Conduct basic research for brands, industries, competitors and content ideas

• Help structure content for website pages, wireframes and digital experiences

• Proofread content for grammar, spelling, clarity, tone and consistency





• Assist with CMS uploads and formatting content on website platforms

• Use AI tools responsibly for research, ideation, grammar checks and workflow support

• Collaborate with designers and strategists to understand how copy and visuals work together

• Support internal content documentation, content references and idea banks

Requirements

• Good written English and basic grammar skills

• Interest in content writing, social media and digital communication

• Ability to write simple, explicit and engaging content

• Willingness to research, learn, take feedback and improve

• Attention to detail

• Basic understanding of Instagram, reels, carousels, captions and online content formats

• Comfort with using tools like Google Docs, MS Word and basic online research

• Interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, Notion AI or similar platforms

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of websites, landing pages and content structure

• Interest in branding, design, visual storytelling and digital experiences

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow

• Basic knowledge of Figma or Canva

• Ability to observe good design, layouts, references and social media trends

• Prior internship, freelance or college project experience in writing/content

Preferred Profile

• Students or freshers from Mass Media, Communication, Literature, Marketing, Design, Advertising or related fields

• Someone with a strong creative mindset and eagerness to learn

• Someone who enjoys both writing and observing how content, design and digital platforms work together

• Someone who can support a lead or senior team member with research, writing, proofreading, formatting and content planning tasks
