About Suffolk Digital Delivery:

Suffolk is building the next generation of Digital Delivery capabilities to transform how buildings are designed, coordinated, and constructed. By combining Building Information Modeling (BIM), data-driven workflows, automation, and emerging technologies, our goal is to create a more connected, effective, and predictable project delivery process.

As part of this vision, Suffolk Global is establishing a high-performing Digital Delivery team in Bangalore that will partner directly with project teams across the United States. Together, we will develop scalable modeling standards, improve coordination workflows, enhance quality through digital reviews,



and create innovative solutions that support some of the most complex construction projects in North America.

This is an opportunity to help build a new capability from the ground up. Team members will play a critical role in defining best practices, developing digital standards, creating high-quality BIM content, and advancing model-based delivery across the enterprise.

Digital Delivery Engineer I

Role Summary:

The Digital Delivery Engineer I supports project teams through BIM model development, model maintenance, quality reviews, and coordination workflows. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate digital models while developing expertise in Suffolk standards, modeling best practices, and construction-focused digital delivery processes.

Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Digital Delivery Engineer I contributes to project success through high-quality model production, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

The Digital Delivery Engineer must be able to read and interpret architectural and structural design drawings, specifications, and details, translating them into accurate LOD 300/350 models, shop drawings, and construction layouts

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modeling & Production:

- Develop and maintain Revit models from design drawings, sketches, markups, and project documentation.
- Create project deliverables including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and model-based documentation.
- Update and maintain project models throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
- Ensure models comply with established project requirements and Suffolk standards.

Content Development:

- Create and modify basic Revit families and project content.
- Support maintenance and organization of BIM content libraries.
- Apply established templates, standards, and modeling conventions.

Quality Control & Constructability:

- Perform model reviews to identify missing information, modeling inconsistencies, and quality issues.
- Assist with constructability reviews and documentation of findings.
- Support model QA/QC processes and resolution of identified issues.
- Track and document model updates and revisions.

Coordination Support:

- Participate in multidisciplinary model coordination activities.
- Assist with clash detection and issue tracking workflows.
- Support preparation of coordination reports and issue logs.
- Collaborate with project teams to communicate identified model issues and conflicts.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with Digital Delivery Engineers, Leads, and project teams to support project objectives.
- Follow established workflows, standards, and governance processes.




- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Digital Delivery organization.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Professional degree in Architecture or Engineering is required. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience supporting BIM, VDC, Digital Delivery, architecture, engineering, or construction projects.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Understanding of BIM principles and modeling workflows.
- Ability to create and modify project models and documentation.
- Basic understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP building systems.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or BIM collaboration platforms is preferred.

- Experience creating Revit families and custom content.
- Internship or project experience involving BIM coordination.
- Exposure to model-based QA/QC workflows.
- Familiarity with point cloud data and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary building projects.
