Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate HR / Talent Acquisition professional with strong exposure to US IT Staffing recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, hiring US IT Recruiters and staffing professionals, and a good understanding of the US staffing ecosystem, including Implementation Partners, Direct Clients, Full-Time positions, US Visas, taxes, and basic IT technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.

Handle recruitment for US IT Staffing positions, including US IT Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Recruiter Leads, BDEs, Account Managers, and other staffing professionals.

Should have prior experience hiring candidates who have worked with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.

Strong understanding of different US staffing hiring models, including Full-Time, W2, C2C, and 1099.

Good knowledge of US Visa types relevant to IT staffing, such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.

Basic understanding of US taxes and payroll concepts related to staffing.

Should have a basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles to effectively evaluate recruitment profiles.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.





Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on experience, communication skills, technical exposure, staffing knowledge, and role suitability.

Coordinate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, and other HR-related reports.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Support employee engagement, HR coordination, and other corporate HR activities as required.

Meet recruitment targets while maintaining the quality of hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in Corporate HR / Talent Acquisition, preferably in US IT Staffing.

Prior experience hiring US IT Recruiters, BDEs, Recruiter Leads, Account Managers, and other staffing professionals.

Strong knowledge of the US IT Staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.

Understanding of Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, Full-Time, W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

Good understanding of US Visa categories, taxes, and basic IT technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Comfortable working in the US Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
