About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-communicated Talent Mangement-Influencer Marketing to support our team in building relationships with brands and identifying upcoming campaign opportunities.

The intern will work closely with the sales and talent team to circulate creator rosters, connect with brand managers, identify upcoming campaigns, and support brand outreach.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in sales, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

- Circulate relevant creator rosters/profile decks to brands and brand managers.
- Research and identify brands, agencies, and relevant brand contacts.
- Connect with Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, and relevant decision-makers for upcoming campaigns.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other professional channels.
- Draft and send professional emails for brand outreach and campaign opportunities.
- Follow up with brands regarding creator requirements and upcoming campaigns.
- Maintain and update the brand/lead database and outreach tracker.
- Identify potential campaign opportunities and share them with the sales/talent team.
- Coordinate internally to match relevant creators with brand requirements.




- Support the team with day-to-day sales and brand partnership activities.

What We're Looking For

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn networking and professional outreach.
- Good email writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and building professional relationships.
- Interest in influencer marketing, creator economy, sales, or brand partnerships.
- Good research and organisational skills.
- Proactive, persistent, and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
