The company focuses on early detection of chronic conditions such as kidney disease, using patented AI-powered point-of-care technology. NeoDocs is backed by Y Combinator and was founded by engineers from IIT Bombay, working closely with leading clinicians to bring advanced diagnostics into everyday settings.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including product interfaces, marketing collateral, social media creatives, and presentation materials. The role involves developing and maintaining brand consistency, collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams, and translating complex medical and technical concepts into clear visual storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics and layouts, iterating on feedback, preparing files for production, and contributing creative ideas that enhance user experience and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilites:

Brand, Packaging & Print

• Design kit packaging, test-card artwork, inserts and instruction leaflets

• Own in-clinic collateral — posters, doctor-facing one-pagers, sample reports

• Keep brand consistent across product, print and digital as we scale





• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors on output

Growth & Marketing Creative

• Create performance ad creatives and iterate based on what actually converts

• Design landing pages, email and social assets with the growth team

• Produce pitch decks and product collateral for partners and international markets

• Ship variations fast — volume and speed matter more than one perfect asset

Research & Craft

• Sit in on user calls and clinic visits and translate what you hear into design changes

• Prototype and test before handing off to engineering

• Keep files organised and handoff-ready — engineers should never guess a spec

• Bring references and a point of view, not just execution

Qualification:

• 0–2 years of experience, or a portfolio strong enough to make the years irrelevant

• Fluent in Figma; comfortable in Illustrator or Photoshop, Canva and AI Tools

• Portfolio shows how you think, not just what you shipped — we want the messy middle

• Robust typography and layout instincts

WHAT YOU'LL DESIGN

• Willing to design outside your comfort zone, including the box the kit ships in

• Take feedback well and iterate quickly without ego

• Motion, 3D, illustration— not required

• Genuine interest in health, fitness or diagnostics is a plus
