Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management and growth of multiple e-commerce websites.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with product data, content, spreadsheets, and online stores. You will be responsible for keeping product listings accurate and up to date, preparing content for publication, maintaining product data, and supporting new website and product launches.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish new product listings across multiple e-commerce websites.
- Build product pages with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other relevant information.
- Regularly update product listings, including pricing, availability, specifications, and product details.
- Research product information from reliable sources and ensure website content is accurate and consistent.
- Prepare product and blog content for publication, including proofreading, formatting, creating tables, and organizing information.
- Work with spreadsheets, product catalogs, and specification sheets to enter, organize, and maintain data.
- Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicate information, missing details, and data errors.
- Use internal AI tools and templates to streamline content preparation and repetitive tasks.
- Assist with launching new products, websites, categories, and brands.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required to get products and content published on time.
- Support general e-commerce and operational tasks as priorities change.
- Monitor assigned work, manage deadlines, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Help maintain consistent product information and content standards across multiple websites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, catalog management, data entry, content operations, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working extensively with spreadsheets and structured product data.
- Positive written English and strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to research and verify product information independently.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and fixing issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing product catalogs for e-commerce websites.
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce Or similar systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly product content.
- Experience working with large product databases or catalogs.
- Familiarity with AI tools used for content creation, research, or data processing.
- Experience working with multiple websites, brands, or product categories
- Available to work a 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday–Friday
